Buyer purchase terms
These terms govern purchases of film rewards on FrameFund and apply to all orders and reward claims. Related: Creator terms, Payments and fees.
Not an investment
Your reward purchase is not an investment, loan, or equity stake. You do not acquire ownership, voting rights, or a share of revenue from the project or creator entity.
Rewards and delivery
You are buying the deliverables described for each tier. Timelines are stated on the campaign; delays may occur. Fulfillment is the filmmaker’s responsibility under these terms and the refund policy.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases. Eligibility depends on milestone status, reward fulfillment stage, chargeback windows, payment-partner and banking rules, and platform review.
Intermediary role
Sree Drisya Media operates FrameFund as a marketplace. Filmmakers are independent sellers. FrameFund is not a party to your purchase contract with the filmmaker except as needed to operate checkout, invoicing, and policy enforcement.
Risk acceptance
By purchasing a reward you accept that film production can slip or change scope. Read each listing carefully before you pay; you are not buying an investment or revenue share.
