Payment Flow

• Buyers purchase rewards through the Platform using supported payment methods.
• Payments are processed securely by payment gateway providers.
• Settlements route to filmmakers (sellers) per gateway rules and the filmmaker agreement.

FrameFund facilitates checkout as a marketplace and invoices filmmakers a platform service fee after a successful pre-sale. Buyer-side checkout does not add a separate FrameFund fee — pricing is reward plus applicable taxes as shown.

Platform Fees

FrameFund charges filmmakers an 8% platform fee on total campaign revenue after a successful pre-sale, invoiced as a B2B service (GST as applicable). Optional listing fees may apply before go-live.

Applicable fees are disclosed transparently before payment.

Payment gateway charges may apply separately.

Applicable GST on platform fees is charged as required under Indian tax law (GSTIN: 37AIHPV2257K1ZP).

Business and Registration Clarity

FrameFund is operated by Sree Drisya Media, a registered Micro Enterprise under the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

No Financial Services

FrameFund does not provide:

• Investment services
• Lending
• Wallet or pooled escrow operated by FrameFund (settlements follow gateway and banking rules)
• Financial advisory

Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are reviewed under platform policy based on milestone status and reward fulfillment stage.

Users can raise disputes via support@framefund.co. Initial review is typically completed within 7 business days, and payment-partner or bank timelines may apply for final resolution.

Security

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

FrameFund does not store sensitive payment data.
