- Shipping timelines for physical rewards are set by creators and shown on campaign reward tiers.
- Creators are responsible for packaging, dispatch, customs declarations, and final-mile delivery.
- FrameFund may assist with issue escalation but is not the logistics carrier.
- Delivery delays caused by courier disruptions, customs, force majeure, or incomplete addresses are outside guaranteed control.
Cancellation policy
- Backers can request cancellation before successful payment capture.
- After capture, cancellation is treated as a refund request under the refund policy.
- Campaign-level cancellations initiated by creators are subject to platform review and communication rules.
- Fraud, policy breaches, or legal requirements may result in platform-initiated cancellation actions.
