Reward Fulfillment Policy

Nature of Fulfillment

Framefund (a unit of Sree Drisya Media) acts as an intermediary platform for project support. Any physical rewards offered by Project Creators are treated as "Thank You" tokens for contributions and are fulfilled directly by the Creator, not by Sree Drisya Media.

Timelines

Fulfillment timelines for physical rewards are milestone-dependent and are explicitly stated on each specific project page.

Creator Responsibility

The Project Creator is solely responsible for the production, packaging, and dispatch of rewards. This includes compliance with customs declarations for international shipments.

Platform Role

Framefund (a unit of Sree Drisya Media) does not operate as a logistics carrier or warehouse. Physical rewards are fulfilled by the Project Creator, while Sree Drisya Media monitors milestone progress and release controls so the creator has approved funds available for fulfillment.

Limitation of Liability

Sree Drisya Media is not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, customs clearance, force majeure, or incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

Contribution Cancellation Policy

Pre-Processing Cancellation

Supporters may cancel their contribution intent at any time before the final payment capture is completed through our integrated payment partners.

Post-Capture Cancellation

Once a payment is successfully captured, the transaction is governed by the Refund Policy, specifically the "100% Milestone Goal Rule".

Milestone-Based Cancellations

If a Project Creator initiates a cancellation of a specific project phase, Sree Drisya Media will review the progress and initiate refunds, where eligible, for payments not yet released for that unstarted phase.

Administrative Cancellations

Sree Drisya Media reserves the right to cancel any contribution or project listing if a breach of policy, suspected fraud, or legal non-compliance is identified. In such cases, eligible refunds are returned to the original payment source in line with platform policy and payment-partner timelines.
