Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for reward purchases on FrameFund (operated by Sree Drisya Media). Refunds are assessed against non-delivery or failure to supply promised rewards and the rules below—not against whether a film project is considered successful or unsuccessful in the abstract.

1. Pre-sale target (80% rule)

If a campaign does not reach 80% of its pre-sale target by the published end date, buyers receive a full refund automatically under platform policy. Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within the timelines communicated at checkout and subject to payment-partner processing.

2. Milestone and fulfillment disputes

After purchase, refunds for partial performance, late delivery, or non-delivery of rewards are reviewed under milestone status, reward fulfillment stage, and the buyer and filmmaker terms. FrameFund may coordinate between the buyer and filmmaker when disputes are raised.

3. Payments and settlement

Payments are processed via certified payment gateways. Filmmakers receive payouts per gateway configuration and the filmmaker agreement. Milestone release protects buyers: verified production proof before tranches are treated as released.

4. Non-delivery and filmmaker default

If promised rewards are not delivered—such as when a filmmaker abandons fulfillment before agreed milestones and rewards are supplied—outstanding obligations are reviewed for refund or remediation under platform policy and applicable agreements. This addresses failure to deliver what you paid for, not whether the underlying creative work met subjective expectations.

5. Disputes and resolution

Buyers can raise disputes through support@framefund.co with payment references. FrameFund performs an initial review, coordinates with the filmmaker and payment partner where required, and issues outcomes based on policy, milestone evidence, and fulfillment status.
