Return and refund policy
Contributions on FrameFund are generally reward-based support. Refund eligibility depends on campaign type, checkout status, dispute windows, and partner banking constraints.
Refund timeline
- Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3 to 5 business days after submission with required details.
- If approved, refund initiation usually occurs within 2 business days after review completion.
- Bank, card, UPI, or wallet settlement timelines usually range from 5 to 10 business days after initiation, depending on payment rails and issuing bank.
Important notes
- Refunds are not automatic for every campaign or every stage of funding.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may be handled under payment-network and banking rules in addition to this policy.
