Platform role
FrameFund is a technology platform that enables reward-based crowdfunding for creative projects. FrameFund does not provide investment products, securities, lending, or guaranteed returns.
Eligibility and account use
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Campaign and backing conduct
Creators must publish truthful campaign information and provide reasonable updates. Backers should review campaign details before checkout and understand delivery and production risks.
Payments and pricing
Primary checkout and settlement currency is INR. Payment processing fees, platform fees, and applicable taxes may apply as described in the payments disclosures.
Policy precedence
Return, refund, shipping, cancellation, and payout handling are governed by dedicated policy pages and payment partner rules. In case of conflict, the policy specific to the transaction stage applies.
